About Our SMS Program

Silveroak Insurance Solutions LLC d/b/a Axion Insurance Plan operates a recurring promotional and marketing SMS program, providing up to 10 messages per month. Axion Insurance Plan is not an insurer; we are a licensed insurance referral and customer service organization. Messages are sent only to individuals who have requested assistance and opted in, and may include offers, promotions, and information about insurance products and services available through us.

After you provide express consent, you may receive text messages containing:

• Promotional offers, discounts, and savings opportunities
• Information about insurance products and services available through us
• Status updates on a request you submitted, including when a licensed representative will follow up
• Appointment and callback reminders you asked us to schedule
• Customer support replies to a question you sent us

We do not send third-party marketing through this program; all messages come from Axion Insurance Plan.

How to Opt-In and Opt-Out

To Opt-In: Submit our request form with your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box. You may also reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.

To Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message
• Texting HELP for assistance
• Emailing us at [email protected]

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month from Axion Insurance Plan. Message types include:

• Promotional offers and product information
• Service updates on an open request
• Appointment or callback reminders
• Customer support replies

Carrier Support and Requirements

To receive SMS messages, you need a mobile phone subscription with a participating carrier. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. All billing inquiries should be directed to your carrier's customer support.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, and other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain consistent service but may occasionally interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues beyond our control.

Phone Number Ownership

You must be the account holder for the mobile number provided or have express permission from the account holder to receive SMS messages. You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you change your phone number by emailing [email protected].

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your failure to notify us of phone number changes, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. This indemnification obligation does not apply to, and expressly excludes, T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS) subscribers. No TMUS subscriber has any indemnification obligation under these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and other personal information are collected and used according to our Privacy Policy, available at axioninsureplan.com/privacy. Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing.

Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS services and domiciled in the United States. We may terminate service if you do not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for all activities that occur with your mobile phone number and for maintaining the security of your account information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your SMS service if you violate these terms or if your mobile service is discontinued. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our SMS services at any time with or without notice.

Service Disclaimers

Our SMS services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service
• Timely delivery of messages
• Accuracy of all information
• Compatibility with all devices or carriers

We are not responsible for delays caused by network carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers, including T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS), are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on transmission by your wireless service provider, and no carrier warrants or guarantees that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any message sent through this program.

Limitation of Liability

Axion Insurance Plan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our SMS services, including lost profits, business opportunities, or attorney's fees.

Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Our services are controlled from U.S. offices, and users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Message Delivery Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Undelivered or delayed messages
• Messages sent to incorrect numbers
• Network carrier failures or limitations
• Inaccurate message content due to technical issues
